FAQs

What services do you offer for patients who are not yet in renal failure?

How do patients benefit from VillageHealth?

Why should I outsource disease management to VillageHealth instead of doing it in-house?

The opportunity in the long term is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of ESRD through aggressive management of early-stage CKD patients. Most CKD patients have three to four comorbidities by the time their CKD is detected, and these are often difficult to manage. Since diabetes, hypertension and cardiac disease are primary precursors of progressive CKD, VillageHealth looks for ways to integrate with programs you may already have in place to delay the progression of CKD to ESRD.
