Jess Parks
General ManagerJess has over twenty years of experience in implementing successful change in the health care industry including co-founding three health care/technology businesses. He started with VillageHealth in May of 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to the role of General Manager in April of 2008. His executive leadership and vision guides VillageHealth and the Senior Leadership team to ensure overall business results.
Before joining VillageHealth, Jess served as Chief Operating Officer for Aveta, Inc. managing a $2.5 billion health plan operation. Prior to Aveta, Jess held technology-related positions at Accenture, LLC where he was the lead Partner for Accenture’s Health Plan Rating and Underwriting Offering, and at Selectica, Inc., where he was Vice President and General Manager of the eInsurance software division. Jess also has extensive experience working with physician-driven organizations, as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of VISICU Inc., a solutions provider for critical care medicine, and as Chief Financial Officer for Health First Physicians, a large primary care physician group.
Jess received his MBA from Wharton School of Business where he concentrated in healthcare management and was awarded the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation Prize. He earned a B.A. in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Harvard University.

Kevin Kenney
Vice President, Commercial MarketsKevin has over 15 years of health services industry experience and has extensive background in developing and implementing innovative healthcare programs and services. Kevin’s responsibilities include directing all market-facing aspects of VillageHealth’s private payer lines-of-business, including new business development, product development, product marketing, and account management.
Most recently Kevin worked for Matria Healthcare (now Alere). While at Matria, Kevin had growing levels of responsibility starting as the Vice President of Implementation and then leading Health Plan Sales. As Senior Vice President of Health Plan Sales, Kevin had national responsibilities for growing Matria’s Health Plan customer bases.
Prior to Matria, Kevin was in consulting first with Accenture and then with Fortegra. Kevin served as a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Health and Life Science practice, where he worked with payers to develop and deliver medical management and business optimization programs. With Fortegra, Kevin developed and led Fortegra’s Senior Health Market offering. In this role, Kevin worked with National Health Plans to develop innovative programs targeting the Medicare market segments.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Health and Human Performance. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two sons.

Eric Franco
Director of Financial PlanningEric’s financial planning and analysis role includes budgeting and forecasting, market analysis and prioritization, cash flow and return on investment analysis, and profit improvement analysis in support of the Executive team and Operations. Areas covered throughout his tenure with DaVita include Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Disease Management (DM), Physician Practice Consulting and Services, CMS Demonstration Projects, and Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans.
Previously, Eric worked as an experienced consultant in the Los Angeles office of Bain & Company, a management consulting firm. His clients included leading organizations in the health care and semiconductor industries. He was also a Finance Manager for Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc.
Eric received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Certificate in the Global Management Program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California. He also earned B.S. Degrees in Management Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) and Economics in the Honors Program from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
